Rusty Meadow 2026 | We Listened, We Changed, We're Back

Well. That went better than expected.

In 2025 we opened in a July and August block with a small break in the middle. It worked. People came. People stayed. People sat around firepits and watched sunsets that genuinely stopped conversations mid-sentence. We loved every minute of it.

But we also heard the same thing over and over. You wanted more dates. More chances to come. More of this field on a Friday evening when the week has been a lot.

So for 2026 we spread the season. Still 60 days, but running from late May right through to the end of August. And so far? It's working. May was genuinely busy, June has been brilliant and we're heading into the summer feeling pretty good about this decision.

The field filled up faster than we expected in May. Turns out people want to camp on the Isle of Wight in spring. Who knew. We did, but it's nice to be right.

Here's what's still to come this season:

June Fri 26th to Sun 28th June

A quick note on June. We're not open the weekend of the 19th because Team Rusty will be working at the Isle of Wight Festival.

July Fri 3rd to Sun 5th July | Fri 10th to Sun 12th July | Fri 17th to Sun 19th July | Fri 24th July to Fri 31st July

August Fri 1st August to Mon 31st August

The whole of August is open. Every day. Come for a night, come for a week, come because it's school holidays and you need 3 acres and a firepit more than you need a screen.

We're still the same Rusty Meadow at heart. We still trust you to find your own pitch, pay by QR code and leave the field better than you found it. That hasn't changed and it won't.
